I tried putting Cosette's hair in pigtails today, which I haven't taken the time to try to do in months. This is the first time we actually went out of the house with them in. She was really into them, and she didn't even pull them out--though she tried at first.
While Johnny shot the pictures, the kids were looking at me. When I tried to get them to smile at the camera, Henri got the idea below.
Cosette's new words:
These days she'll attempt to say anything you ask her to. Can you guess what she's trying to say below?
- Bah (sometimes Bah-bah, but she's recently cut it down to one syllable)
- Ah-yee
- ni-ni
- wah-bee
- elp
- buh-boh
- Bi-boh
- teez
- gak-koo
- gak
- dane tyoo (or tee too)
Here are some more, but she can say these ones pretty clearly:
- Mama
- bye
- no
- yeah
- baby (sometimes shortened to "bee")
- Mommy (she calls both Johnny & I this)

Such a cute post! Cosette's pigtales are so cute. My daughter is the same age but she won't leave hers in:) I just love their little jabber at this age!
Love, love, love Cosy's piggies and Henri's grin!
XOXOXO
I agree with most of Jenna's guesses, but offer these possibilities. I better get educated on toddler speak. Amanda will be there soon.
buh-boh (bubble)
teez (teeth)
gak-koo (cracker)
dane tyoo (thank you)
gak (snack)
