Johnny whipped up the new header for me this evening. I was wanting a little change on my blog, and MCK Mama's recent contest reminded me that I really would like to individualize my blog a bit more.
Anyway, wasn't that nice of him to do that for me? I really ought to have him show me how to work in Photo Shop Elements.
Johnny took the pictures of the kids in their new green chairs this evening. The chairs came via UPS as we were sitting down to eat dinner. While Johnny and I assumed the package was for us, Henri was excited to learn that it was addressed to him. Inside the box from REI were two child-size lawn chairs from our very own Aunt Alice!
Oh how we praise the Lord for Aunt Alice! Thank you, Jesus, for her kind gifts and servant heart.
Thank you Aunt Alice for the chairs for the kids. They love them!
Henri exclaimed, upon sitting in the chair, "Look! My feet can touch the ground!"
Aunt Alice, I hope we will get to talk with you and see you soon. Plus I've been thinking that since you were a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent, I'd like to talk about your thoughts on education for Henri's sake. We love you.
