I used to do this outside my parents' room when I was younger. Not THIS young, I don't think. But I would take my blanket and pillow to their room. I'd go in if the door was unlocked and just sleep on the floor by my mom. I wouldn't even tell her. She's be startled in the morning and nearly squish me getting out of bed. If their door was locked, I'd camp out outside their door like Henri. I would do it if I was scared, but sleeping unprotected in a hallway seems a lot more scary than in my bedroom to me now! But I guess kids will do anything to be close to their parents. Sweet. So glad you were able to catch this on "film"!!
Jennifer you copied my comment before I had a chance to write it! Apparently we had a lot in common as small girls.
Henri is so still and sweet in this picture.
