On my way home from coordinating childcare for the women's Bible studies this morning, we got a call to schedule a showing at our home. We have a showing scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) morning, only our 2nd showing ever in the 4 1/2 months our home has been for sale. So we're cleaning today. It's amazing how I've let the house go because of the lack of showings.
Lien update: Johnny talked to our builder and the concrete company. The woman at the concrete company said she would try to stop the lien from happening yet. Our builder told Johnny yesterday that they're working it out, so there should be no lien put on our home. Whew!
I did end up coordinating childcare for the north campus MOMS group on Tuesday. Though crazy busy and I was sad to miss the MOMS meeting, everything went really well.
Though Johnny could not come with me again (he worked at Banana Republic), Wednesday night (yesterday) went much better than last week. I had a lot of fun sitting with my "small group" of six 3-year olds teaching them about God. I had a squirrelly group. During worship they all tried to hold my hand while we marched around the room. Then they all wanted to sit in my lap, and Henri did not appreciate being kicked off his throne (mama's lap). What a joy to be with these little ones! Really, it was!

Yeah for showings! I let the house go way too much in between our weekly open houses. It's too hard not to with little ones. I've got my fingers crossed for you!
I was just wondering how the house sale was going. The whole process is so frustrating, but I'm gald that the lien situation was cleared up.
